I really love your line &quot;The reason that I like the concept of multifinality is that it can be applied to help people change the course of their disease or disorder&quot; ~ it&#039;s exciting because it&#039;s a clear and obvious tactic to present to the skeptic. And finally, your &quot;holistic&quot; approach meshes with my notion that we should all bring &quot;every weapon at our disposal&quot; to bear on a given health problem: diet, exercise, medicines and therapy (coping &amp; management skills).
